     Shelly has had a huge interest in the healing arts for the past two decades and enjoys assisting in healing people and animals.  

• Bachelor of Science Degree (1987)
• Spent years studying and practicing whole health nutrition in the interest of healing rheumatoid arthritis and practicing general good health and living; has read numerous books and publications in the nutritional field on subjects ranging from Probiotics, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vegetarianism, Immune Power Diets, Alkalizing Diets and Organic Living
• Practices Feng Shui, makes use of Aromatherapy and its healing properties, studies in crystal therapy, and daily meditation.
• Regular regime of walking 2-4 miles a day and attends Bikram Yoga classes weekly
• Ordained by the Universal Life Church on March 20, 2006
• Currently studying the art of meditation and manifesting personal goals.  Produced Meditation CD, available on-site
• Graduate of the Silva Mind Control Method in Meditation
• Attuned in Second Degree Reiki - plan to become attuned to the level of Reiki Master (est. July 2008)
• Certified Quantum Touch® Practitioner where she has been successful in spinal alignments, distance healing, working on animals, and emotional healing

My Story

     "Since I was young I had a slipped disc in my back that after a couple severe falls my spine developed to a grade 3 spondy.  Many health care professionals wondered how I was still able to walk.  I had been to neurosurgeons who determined there was nothing I could do but live with it.  One doctor offered to install a "Laminectomy Retractor" device to "fuse" it, but it was too scary and I opted to live with it, doing exercises every day to strengthen the muscles for support.

     In April of 2006 I took my first Quantum Touch class and after 3 short sessions the discs in my back became aligned and I now have a perfectly aligned spine.  This, to me is a true "miracle" and I very grateful to my friend Dee Dee who encouraged me to check out Quantum Touch®."
